MCCD and Cairn Yoga and Wellness are teaming up to help you prepare for the weekend. Begin your evening with an intriguing introduction to the Wolf Moon and the fascinating world of wolves. Then, transition into a gentle, restorative yoga session around a crackling fire, designed to help you release tension and relax into the peaceful rhythm of the night. Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of Cordova Park, while connecting with nature and your inner calm.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel and a refillable water bottle. Space is limited and registration is required. The program fee of $20 per person. If you would like to borrow a yoga mat for $5 please call our at office at 641-627-5935 by January 22, 2025 at 1 PM.
